In this project we created a solution to a customer's desire for an 8-car garage with a 2nd story game room. We listened to their wants and needs for this garage, and together came up with a design that was not only functional but also fit well within the existing landscape and feel of the property.  

Yardley Addition and Remodel

In this project we were contracted to add a two story addition onto the rear of the house, remove the main roof, and expand the second story.  Added were a family room, master suite, two new bedrooms, and a large laundry room.  The master suite consisted of a master bedroom with vaulted ceiling and large window seat, walk in closet with custom designed wood shelving and drawers, and master bathroom with marble tile, heated air jetted tub, large curved shower with body sprays, shower head, and hand shower on a slide bar.  We also remolded the full bathroom on the first floor, installed crown molding, and chair rail. New ceramic tile was installed in the foyer as well as pre-finished maple floors in the new family room and entire second story.  The remaining existing hardwood floors were refinished.

Southampton Addition and Remodel

In this project we were contracted to build a master suite addition over an existing garage.  After discussing the needs of the customer a design was created that would enhance the appearance of the house, as well as provide the comfort and functionality that was desired. The roof over the garage was removed and a second story was built into a master bedroom.  The existing master bedroom, walk-in closet, and bathroom were demolished and converted into a new large master bathroom and walk-in closet.   The new master bedroom has vaulted ceilings and lots of light.  The new master bathroom has an oversized angled shower with body sprays, shower head, hand shower with slide arm, heated Jacuzzi tub, large double bowl vanity, and linen closet.   We also remodeled the other existing full bathroom installing a new tub, stall shower, and double bowl vanity.  On the first floor we expanded the existing kitchen into the dining room and installed new pantry cabinets and center island.  We also installed a set of pocket doors separating the kitchen from dining room, and installed crown molding and chair rail.  A new ceramic tile floor was installed in the kitchen and foyer.  The existing hardwood floors and steps were refinished and a new oak railing was built.
